I need a trophy by a particular date. Can you do it?
The first and foremost thing when you email us this question is to tell us where you are located! Please include your state and zip code so we can calculate the time in transit. We will always try to meet your in hands date. If we tell you we can do it, that applies to an order being placed on THAT day, or we will tell you when the latest time is that you can place the order and still meet your deadline.
Can you ship me a trophy today? Tomorrow?
Sculpture Alley specializes in customized awards, we are not a warehouse with trophies packed and ready to go out the door. Same day trophy shipping is not available, nor is same day engraving. Many sculptures (without engraving) can be ready to ship the next day, again, if we are working with a deadline, please include this information so we can all be on the same page.
When will my order ship?
When you place your order, we will post the ship date and tracking information via an update on your sales page. If you have ordered a sculpture with no engraving, these usually ship very quickly, and again, the tracking will be posted.
Perpetual trophies indicate that we need several days to do the build and the engraving, at least 3 days, and up to 7 days during the busy season.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are based on the weight and distance to the location we are shipping. Shipping costs are calculated using real-time current UPS shipping rates. If you want to estimate your shipping, simply add the item to your shopping cart, and the shipping calculator will appear on the next page. Once you enter your zip code, the shipping rate will be displayed.
Do you offer rush shipping? I cannot find where to select Next Day Air on the order form?
We do not offer expedited shipping on our website, as our product is highly customized. For a rush circumstance, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request. We do not specialize in rush orders, we specialize in custom awards. Quality work takes time.
How do I track my order?
You can check your order status by selecting the "Order Status" at the top of any page on our website, entering your email address and order number, and the most up to date status will be visible. Once we post tracking information, you will receive an email, and can cut and paste the tracking number and input it over at www.UPS.com
Can I place my order over the phone?
All orders must be placed via website, we cannot accept your credit card over the phone at this time. We are happy to assist you over the phone, but the final order must be placed on our website. If you are having difficulty using our website, please contact us and we may be able to generate an online invoice for you.
What is paypal? How do I pay?
Paypal processes our payments. It is a secure online payment service. If you have a paypal account, you can use the express checkout option by hitting the yellow Paypal button. If you do not have a paypal account, that is no problem, just follow through the checkout procedure, and enter your credit card information when prompted. You will need to have the correct billing information for the card.
Where do I indicate what color I want for my trophy?
When you are placing the order, there is a window that is on the checkout page where you can make a note about your order. You can include your color choice there. Many listings have a spot for engraving information, you can also put your color choice there.
Do you have a catalog?
We do not have a paper catalog, but our products and pricing are kept up to date on our website.
Do you have a store I can visit? Can I pick up my order?
We do not have a retail showroom. The best place to view our product is on our website. As for picking up orders, we do not offer this option, for insurance and production reasons.
